We propose the following approaches
The Waterfall method is linear and sequential. Each phase of the project (design, development, testing, etc.) is completed one at a time, in a specific order. Once one phase is finished, the next begins. This method is often used in projects where the requirements are clearly defined from the outset, such as in construction or certain industrial projects.
Agile is an iterative and flexible approach, especially popular in software development projects. Projects are divided into small cycles called "sprints," and teams deliver functional versions of the product at the end of each sprint. This allows for quick adjustments and real-time feedback integration. Frameworks like Scrum and Kanban are often associated with the Agile approach.
This approach combines elements of traditional project management and Agile methodology. It is ideal when some parts of a project require rigid planning, while others benefit from flexibility. For example, teams may use Agile for development and Waterfall for resource planning and management.
CCPM focuses on managing resource constraints (time, equipment, people) and optimizing task flow to avoid delays. This method is particularly useful in projects where resources are limited or shared across multiple projects.
